Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Celouraco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Celouraco is not responsible for replacement or refund.
